TERMS AND CONDITIONS
for The Fifth Dimension Show and Karma Experiment workshops Attendance.

 

- For all the workshops in studio the places available are limited.

- "Technique for Choreography" workshops attendance (some of them will be available also online) is highly recommended although is not mandatory.

- Intermediate/advanced tribal fusion technique level is required for choreography workshops.

- The attendance at all the workshops is not mandatory in order to be selected as a performer at the show. You could be selected just for the choreographies you had the tuition for.

- Online workshops links will be shared with the dancers who payed the required amount for the tuition.
Karma Experiment and The Fifth Dimension Show participation is reserved just to those who will attend the workshops (online or in the dance studio).

- Choreographies assignments to the chosen dancers will be conveyed in January (regarding the first 3 choreographies) and in May (regarding the other choreographies)

- Valenteena will provide all the troupe props, accessories to be worn and scenic designs instruments for the show. Troupe Members will be asked to provide their own costumes with specific informations for every part.

- Chosen dancers could be asked to learn some past edition choreographies and will have the opportunity for future involvement in Karma Experiment Shows and Performances.

- Rehearsal videos of the show choreographies will be provided to everyone before rehearsals start. Participants must learn all choreography material provided to them via video PRIOR to rehearsal weekend.

- KARMA RETREAT physical attendance in Rome is mandatory for all the dancers who will be convened. The Rehearsal weekend will consist of intensive training of at least 8+ hours per day.
Each dancer can be involved in 4 choreographies maximum.
The Karma Retreat is free but selected performers are responsible for their own travel and accommodations unless otherwise specified. If you are selected as a performer, you must be available to attend all rehearsals and performances.

- Chosen dancers must be also available for scheduled rehearsals 3 days prior to the Show.

- Because this is not (yet!) a professional show in every part, there will be no monetary compensation for Karma Experiment members performance.

- Karma Experiment choreography is not allowed to be performed or posted online outside of The Fifth Dimension show, unless approved in advance by Valenteena.
We'll be very excited to have you as part of this show, dance and friendship experience. We want to keep this a positive environment, so please understand that any negative talk or defeatist behavior will not be tolerated and will result in elimination from the show.
